A city of over a billion people, Numerous of the Skyscrapers exceeding over a mile high, with plates attached to several major buildings holding up elevated blocks.

The mood of this one is inspired by spending a lot of time in observatories in major cities like Tokyo and Osaka, as well as walking along Decks on Odaiba.

For design language I was inspired by Phantasy Star Online and Xenosaga mixed with real architecture.
