この数十年の技术の进步はめざましく、当たり前のように、空を飞んで别の国に行ったり、世界の里侧のことをすぐさま知ることができるようになりました。沢山の方たちの努力のお阴で、自分もその恩恵に预かっていると日々感じ、感谢しています。
きっとこの先も、どんどん物理的な距离に関わらず、即座にいろいろなものに接したり、知ることができるようになるのでしょう。地球を飞び出して、他の星や银河系に住む人々との交流が生まれる、なんてこともあるのかもしれません。
「未来」というテーマを伺った际に、远く离れていても近くにいるように感じること、それを求める気持ちが、人间の根底にあるのではないか、それを実现することが未来なのではないか、と思いました。
この绘では时间も距离も远い场所にいる二人が魔法のような力を使って赠り物をしあっています。プレゼントは「赠り物」の意味以外にも「今」「居合わせる」という意味があります。この二人は、互いが居合わせることを求めています。

A present from realm of day to the realm of night. The astral present service will deliver your feelings instantly to anywhere in the Milky Way.
The last few decades have seen huge advances in technology and it now seems quite natural for us to fly to another country and be able to learn what is happening on the other side of the world. In this way we have profited from the efforts of numerous people and I give thanks to them every day.
I have no doubt that in the future, we will be able to come into contact with things instantly and be able to learn all sorts of things, regardless of physical distance. We might even be able to fly away from the Earth to visit other stars or interact with other denizens of the Milky Way.
When I first heard that the theme was to be ’the future,’ it occurred to me that a wish for distant things to appear close at hand is one of the basic desires of humankind and will be realized in the future.
This picture depicts two people who are distant in both time and space, using a magical power to exchange presents. The word present have various meanings including: 'gift,' 'now,' and 'to be there.' These two people both want to 'be there.’
